OUT-OF-WARRANTY POLICY
Products
that are not covered under warranty may be repaired by a
SAYR Resources Customer Support Representative after the
product is evaluated. If the product can be
repaired, the product will be repaired for a fee and will
be provided a ninety (90) day warranty period from the
date of shipment for services rendered.
SAYR
Resources Inc. out-of-warranty services shall be limited
to failures due to defective components used in the
repair, labor and workmanship. Warranty does not apply if
after repair, in the judgment of SAYR Resources Inc., the
product fails due to damage from shipment, handling,
storage, accident, abuse or misuse, or damage that is
attributable to acts of God, or if it has been used or
maintained in a manner not conforming to product manual
instructions, has been modified in any way, or has had any
serial number removed or defaced.
EXCEPT
AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED IN THIS POLICY, THERE ARE NO
OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT
LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL WARRANTIES,
CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, INDEMNITIES AND GUARANTEES
WITH RESPECT TO THE SAYR RESOURCES PRODUCTS, WHETHER
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW, CUSTOM, PRIOR ORAL
OR WRITTEN STATEMENTS, ARE HEREBY OVERRIDDEN, EXCUSED AND
DISCLAIMED.
THIS
WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY IF, IN THE JUDGMENT OF SAYR
RESOURCES INC., THE PRODUCT FAILS DUE TO DAMAGE FROM
SHIPMENT, HANDLING, STORAGE, ACCIDENT, ABUSE OR MISUSE, OR
IF IT HAS BEEN USED OR MAINTAINED IN A MANNER NOT
CONFORMING TO PRODUCT'S INSTRUCTIONS, HAS BEEN MODIFIED IN
ANY WAY, OR HAS A DEFACED OR REMOVED SERIAL NUMBER. REPAIR
BY ANYONE OTHER THAN SAYR RESOURCES INC. OR AN APPROVED
AGENT VOIDS THIS WARRANTY. THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF SAYR
RESOURCES INC. IS THE PRODUCT REPAIR PRICE.
