SAYR Resources newly manufactured products are covered under a limited liability warranty for one (1) year from date of shipment.

I.      SAYR Resources Inc. shall warrant its manufactured products against defects in material and workmanship based on recommended usage under normal operating conditions and shall repair or replace, at its cost and option, any defective product (or shall issue a credit or a refund, as the case may be). SAYR Resources Inc. may choose to pay (or refund the amount of) return freight and shipping charges for any defective product returned under warranty.

II.      SAYR Resources Inc. shall have the right to change its warranty policies at any time, subject to providing advance notice no later than thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of such change via its website.

EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED IN THIS POLICY, THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, INDEMNITIES AND GUARANTEES WITH RESPECT TO THE SAYR RESOURCES PRODUCTS, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW, CUSTOM, PRIOR ORAL OR WRITTEN STATEMENTS, ARE HEREBY OVERRIDDEN, EXCUSED AND DISCLAIMED.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY IF, IN THE JUDGMENT OF SAYR RESOURCES INC., THE PRODUCT FAILS DUE TO DAMAGE FROM SHIPMENT, HANDLING, STORAGE, ACCIDENT, ABUSE OR MISUSE, OR IF IT HAS BEEN USED OR MAINTAINED IN A MANNER NOT CONFORMING TO PRODUCT'S INSTRUCTIONS, HAS BEEN MODIFIED IN ANY WAY, OR HAS A DEFACED OR REMOVED SERIAL NUMBER. REPAIR BY ANYONE OTHER THAN SAYR RESOURCES INC. OR AN APPROVED AGENT VOIDS THIS WARRANTY. THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF SAYR RESOURCES INC. IS THE PRODUCT PURCHASE PRICE.
